Ingredients

For 6 persons:

  • 36 gambas
  • 50 gr of grated coconut
  • 12 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 small chilli
  • Peanut oil
  • Salt
Preparation
  1. Wash, seed and finely chop the pepper.
  2. Shell the gambas, leaving the tail.
  3. Put them in a deep dish then sprinkle them with coconut milk.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped pepper and mix.
  5. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  6. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a sauté pan.
  7. Drain the gambas and put them in the sauté pan.
  8. Sprinkle them with grated coconut.
  9. Quickly sauté them over high heat for 3 minutes.
  10. Put in a dish and serve immediately with lime wedges.
