    Mangoes are fruits that can be found between May and September in Martinique. Also, failing to consume it raw it is possible to make many recipes like this one. Be careful to make this recipe, remember to put the mangoes in the freezer several days or even hours in advance. The rest is pure delight!

Ingredients

For 2 servings:

  • 4 frozen mangoes
  • 1 glass of crushed ice
  • 2 measures of sweetened condensed milk
  • Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
  1. Peel the mangoes then cut them into strips
  2. In a blinder / blender, mix the mango slices, crushed ice and sweetened milk until you obtain a firm and smooth foam.
  3. Add the whipped cream on top (optional).
