Ingredients
For 1 liter of Martinican white rum:
- 1 large pineapple
- 2 limes
- 200 gr cane sugar
- Nutmeg
- 1 branch of green anise
- Ceylon Cinnamon
- Vanilla
Preparation
- Peel the pineapple, cut it into quarters, taking care to remove the heart, the bitter part of the pineapple.
- Place the whole pineapple quarters in a jar.
- Add the lemon zest and sugar.
- Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and green anise.
- Pour all the white rum and let macerate for at least 5 days in the fridge.
- After at least 5 days of maceration, you can taste in moderation!
