Ingredients
- ½ pineapple or a can of pineapple slice
- 6 mint leaves
- Grated ginger (approximately 2 cm)
- 50 cl of water
- 1 lime
Preparation
- Using a blender, crush the pineapple, ginger and mint leaves with the water.
- Use a colander to keep all the chunks and uncrushed residue.
- Squeeze the lime into the mixture.
- It's ready !
