Ingredients
For 6 persons:
- 600 gr of shark
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 bouquet garni
- 3 tomatoes
- Pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Parsley
For the marinade:
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- A sheet of allspice
- 2 limes
- 10 cl of water
Preparation
- Take the ingredients of the marinade, crumble them and put the shark pieces to soak for at least 1h30.
- Brown the onion and shallots in the oil.
- Add the bouquet garni, the peeled tomatoes without their seeds.
- Salt, pepper and spice.
- Add a clove of garlic.
- Take the shark pieces out of the marinade and drain them.
- Let them cook for about twenty minutes very slowly.
- Serve hot with the lime juice and chopped parsley.
