Shark tuft

The shark is a rather rare fish in Martinique but when you manage to get it, you have to take advantage of it to make a sumptuous recipe. The sharks that can be found around Martinique are the lemon shark, reef shark, tiger shark, sleeper or nurse shark, mako shark, black tip shark, bulldog shark or even bull shark. These sharks are still very rare. Local fishermen have to get out to sea and catching a shark is such a rare occurrence that it is often reported in the media.
