Commemoration of the First World War Armistice

Like the Second World War, the armistice of the First World War has its own public holiday in the calendar: November 11. It's a day of remembrance for those who died for France. Although there are no survivors of this war, this significant page in the history of France, and therefore of Martinique, is an opportunity to see the military parade along the Fort-de-France waterfront.
