Commemoration of the First World War Armistice

Like World War II, the armistice of World War I has a public holiday dedicated to it, November 11. It is a day of remembrance for those who died for France. Although there are no survivors left from this war, this significant page in the history of France, and therefore Martinique, is an opportunity to see the military parade along the seafront of the city of Fort-de-France.
