Located at the southern entrance to the Bay of Marin, Pointe Marin beach is in the top 5 of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Its fine white sand, the blue water, coconut trees that provide welcome shade are obviously one of the nicest places to swim on the island.
It also has public showers to rinse off after swimming. The atmosphere is very family because it is a place chosen by families or groups of friends to spend the day. On weekends, the site is very busy. So you can enjoy the local heat diffusion often with music.
Snacks and refreshments will allow you to eat on site. Swimming is supervised. Various activities are offered, such as an introduction to scuba diving (sea trips and rental of nautical equipment), rental of canoes-kayaks or even jet-skis.
There is an entry fee for vehicles, so remember to bring a few euros (less than €5) if you come by car.
To get there, you must go in the direction of the town of Sainte-Anne, just before the entrance to the center, signage leads precisely to this beach.
