Îlet du Trésor is a small uninhabited island in the commune of Trinité. It lies to the east of the Presqu'île de la Caravelle, at the end of Pointe Caracoli, at the entrance to Baie du Trésor.

It's a 2-hectare islet of volcanic origin. Its highest point is 31 meters above sea level.

This islet is also known as the place where the English moored their ships to attack the French and seize the island in 1794.

The ilet is covered with abundant vegetation, but is completely bare in certain places where the terrain is less flat.

It is possible to moor there, but the winds in the area are powerful and sometimes even dangerous, causing heavy swells. Excursion companies offer tours of the area, including Baie du Trésor and its nature reserve. It's also possible to anchor here, as in the case of Baignoire de Joséphine.
