The Baccha Festival is an annual music festival held every August at Pointe Faula in Martinique. Along with the Tour des yoles, it's the most popular event of the summer vacations. For two days, local, Caribbean and international artists take to the stage to delight tens of thousands of festival-goers. Activities and workshops are organized around the musical event.
This year, the Baccha Festival will take place on August 17 and 18, still in the ideal setting of Pointe Faula, famous for its very large coconut trees. This will be the 8th edition.
Last year, the festival welcomed artists such as Kalash, Tanto Metro & Devonte, Rosini & Gazo, VayB, Saël and friends, Magic feat Magic, Kalipsxau, Daddy Nuttea and Kes The Band in a frenzied atmosphere.
This year among the guest artists, the set is just as famous with the Jamaicans Tarrus Riley and Shenseea, the French Guyanese Venssy, the queen of zouk Jocelyne Béroard as well as Maarcolme, Kryssy and Shannon, Young Chang MC or Lé Will & Deuspi.
