The "Grande Rivière" is the number 1 touristic attraction in the town at the north of Martinique. It owes its name to its length (5766 meters). Indeed, it is also the longest river in Martinique.
If you want to enjoy a refreshing river bath is the perfect place to go. You will certainly appreciate the point of mouth between the river and the sea often agitated.
Benches and tables allow picnic but many prefer the many restaurants nearby where you can restore. You can enjoy meals made from local seafood (lobster, shrimp, crayfish) caught from the "Grande Rivière".
