Codfish acras
Acras are local fritters made with cod, vegetables, or shrimps. They are often served as appetizers in restaurants. The fritters are cooked and traditionally enjoyed in some families on Good Friday, the Friday before Easter. Locally, the term "marinade" is more often used.
