Anse Meunier or Anse Moustique is a beach on Sainte-Anne that is rarely crowded. It offers an interesting view of the Rocher du Diamant and Morne Larcher. Its proximity to the more attractive Les Salines is certainly a factor. Nevertheless, this beach with its white sand and dense vegetation is a must-see for those in search of peace and quiet.
The environment remains wild and often attracts a fringe audience. It is often popular with naturists. Its coastal path provides access to Plage des Salines and Anse Caritan via the Trace des Caps.
To reach Anse Meunier, follow the signs for Les Salines beach, and the entrance to Anse Meunier or Anse Moustique is signposted. Alternatively, if you'd like to enjoy a nature walk, you can go to Les Salines and follow the small path along the beach (approx. 2 km (1.24 mi)), or take the hike from Anse Caritan beach via the Trace des Caps.
