Diamant les Bains is a small hotel located in the center of the town of Diamant, built in 1945 and remained in the Creole tradition of the 1950s. It was completely renovated in 2018.
It has hosted several local literary personalities such as Aimé Césaire, Patrick Chamoiseau and Édouard Glissant.
The hotel offers three different types of accommodation:
- 3 "PMR studios" of 30 square meters that can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, with minimal but satisfactory equipment for a simple stay.
- 28 "standard studios" of 25 square meters with a view of the garden or the Caribbean Sea, equipped with a Queen size bed with a sofa and a kitchenette.
- 5 "beach bungalows" of 40 square meters with view on the Caribbean Sea and the Diamond Rock, equipped for your greatest comfort (king bed, sofa, terrace, kitchenette) will allow you to spend a stay with your feet in the water.
The restaurant "La Terrasse", which opens onto the garden and can accommodate up to 50 people, offers gourmet Creole menus.
The professional clientele is not left out. The hotel has a meeting room equipped with a video projector and a connected television that can accommodate up to 40 people for your professional meetings or seminars.
