Ilet Thébloux

Îlet Thébloux is an islet in the commune of Trois-Ilets. It is also the origin of the commune's name. Indeed, it was in reference to the three islets Thébloux, Charles and Sixtain that the Jesuits gave the commune its name in 1693.

Îlet Thébloux owes its name to its last owner, who operated lime kilns there.

It is an uninhabited islet. You can see it in the distance from the commune of Trois-Ilets. It is also possible to get close to the islet via excursions offered in the area.
